To create a logo in either the silkscreen layer or copper layer: First create the logo in an SVG format. Black and unfilled is fine, anything with a color will appear black in the logo. Then, in the Core parts bin, PCB View, drag the Silkscreen Image icon on to the board. In the Inspector, click on the box "Load Image File", select the logo.svg that you just drew up and your logo will replace the FZ logo, size and drag it where you want. If you want it on the copper layer, in the Inspector, PCB layer box, select Copper top or Copper bottom.
