New parts editor not available

The red indicates that Fritzing is unhappy with your pin layout probably in pcb view which you indicate you don't have. I think there is a way to supress pcb view but I don't know it (I expect someone else will chip in ). It may be easiest just to create a pcb view with pads for all the connectors (preferably mechanically accurate, but as long as the pads are there it doesn't have to be). I think that parts editor under connectors should tell you which pins it is unhappy about (I rarely use parts editor so can't be more specific).
