There is some slight problem with unassigned pins in PCB - the left hand row has a red line through it.

Sorry back again. Small one, in the Breadboard the bottom pins are a touch right of the BB pin holes when you drag it on the BB.
Small tip, when you go to assign the graphics of the contacts after you select the graphic, press one of the N,S,E,W,Centre buttons and you can get wires to connect on the contacts ends, ie top pins choose N, bottom pins choose S
