Linux Fritzing Update

What about running on CentOS 7?

I searched the forums and not a single hit for "CentOS"

I went through some of the info on the github site and none of the suggestions worked.

Is there a prebuilt package for this?

If not, what release of Linux is guaranteed to work? I can install a VM and do it that way but I'd sooner have it run right on my desktop.

EDIT: ideally I just want to add an RPM and have yum (or apt) manage all the dependencies for me. I don't want to flounder through building a lot of sub-components. So if it is not easy to get going on CentOS 7 I just need a distro where I can "yum -y install" or "apt-get -y install".
