New part's (male) pins connect in the middle and not at the tips

Dear Fritzingers.
In my new creation the pins for some reason do not want to connect at the terminations of the tips of the pins, only in the middle. The are all male type and whats more the base part I began on in the first place, works just wright. Where to look for any mistake?
