Just figured out that Gerbview can show the drill holes, but because I'm using the drill.txt file instead of the Excellon file I get an error, and when I looked at your 500mil it looks like the round pad hole is a touch offset.
I just tried Gerbv and the hole isn't offset, so it looks like it's better.
