No need to create anything both are available in the adafruit fritzing repo on github. A google search for “fritzing part INA219” and “fritzing part BME280” (if you are using a generic version rather than adafruit’s) will turn them up. The adafruit repo is not loaded to Fritzing by default so you either need to load the entire bin or just the parts you want from their repo.
