New options for small signal diodes and a fix for the 1n4001 in breadboard

I believe that in the diode pcb.svg, when the attributes all got optimized into the copper0 group, that somewhere along the way (possible the Gerber drill script) does not pickup the attributes when they are in the copper0 group.
