Time delay relay

There isn’t enough information here to make a part (that is why there is a template for you to fill in in this group.) A web site like this with the connector information, physical dimensions of the board and a flat on image of the board are required to make a part.

https://www.amazon.ca/5V-36V-Module-Trigger-Switch-Display/dp/B07H7L9W3T/ref=asc_df_B07H7L9W3T/?tag=googleshopc0c-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=706828873565&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=5949058529389358823&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9001528&hvtargid=pla-615458084145&psc=1&mcid=9f4bf73aa33338a29b3c97615b5e8fab&gad_source=1

specifically these two images from this site:

flat image (the image above is useless!) with connections

dimensions of board: (here only the measurements matter not the angle of the picture.)

that results in this part which should do what you want. Note pcb view has been suppressed as not useful.
