Yep it looks to work fine the issues are cosmetic. As noted I'm not experienced in surface mount , but a silk screen layer over the connection area is I think likely to cause a soldering problem (a I think the silk screen is later in the pc production process). Hopefully someone knowledgable in surface mount (which isn't me
