Not bad (nice breadboard view!), but a couple of issues. In schematic the pins aren't aligned to a .1 grid (although the terminals look to be the pins are not). In pcb your holes look to be a little large (.062 where standard .1 pins use a .038 hole) and the pin 1 squares are a little small so the circle over runs them and the pad size is a bit small (due to the overlarge drill I expect) in the gerber in gerbv.
