Arduino Pro Mini Disappears From Breadboard View But Stays In Others

I swapped the Mini that was there out for the 3.3V Mini from the search. However, the schematic view doesn't show any connections to the Pro Mini now. I've even tried to replace a few wires with no luck. Am I missing a step?
