Power board means for me high current.
So, you could use track width 48mil (there is a lot of free space).
Controller board: JP2 to JP7 are under an other component. Is it really what you want? You may access them on the other side. this is just a question.
Some silkscreen are not well placed ("3v3 LED on Power board). And it would be easier to read if all text where with the same orientation.
I would add a ground plane on each board.
For proper design, I suggest you to set the grid at 0.100, or 0.050 or 0.025 in.
And of course, as it has already been told, a proper schematic i the beginning...
