SOLVED How can I download parts from github
You may need to create an account in order to download files. There is a green "clone or download" button which will then show up on the right hand side of the screen, just above the list of the files.

if you right click in the parts library area on the right side of the screen and select "Import". The ou should be able to direct your computer to your download directory and click on it

parts search for usb 3 turns up a Sparkfun usb 3 female connector although it says it is untested and a quick try indicates the connections need work. I didn't look further down the list for others...

There is a 9 pin in there, but it only works in PCB view. Do you need the BB or SCH view? It wouldn't take much to get views from other USB's to fix it.
