Save Problem on my PC
Even with just one user (which is my case as well) there is still an administrator account. If you right clicked on a command window and selected "run as administrator" then Fritzing will install as administrator (someone else did this and had problems), but it doesn't sound like you have done that. The error message isn't particularly informative, but it does appear incorrect in that the path shouldn't be C:/User/simon/Desktop/Fritzing/fritzing.0.9.3.b.64.pc but something like C:/User/simon/My Documents/Fritzing. It may not be allowed to right in to the distribution directory. What I'd suggest (assuming you don't have any sketches yet, which it sounds like you don't) is deleting the program and the user directories and reinstalling fritzing. When fritzing first starts it goes to github to update the parts database which takes a long time and appears to be hung. If you interrupt it, you get odd problems possibly like this one and the only solution is to reinstall the program. Below are the instructions to clear the user directories (which a reinstall of the program won't affect):
There are two user directories (with your parts and the parts database) which don't get touched during an install (to not affect your sketchs during upgrades). On Windows they are in
c:\users\username\AppData\Fritzing\roaming\Fritzing (which is a hidden directory so you need to enable hidden directories in explorer) and
c:\Users\username\My Documents\Fritzing (where username is your windows id)
If you don't have any parts or sketches you want to keep you can just delete those two directories and Fritzing will receate them, or you can move them aside by renaming them if you wan to keep something in them.

Almost. You still need a wire between the last diode's cathode and the battery black wire and then you will have it correct. At present the circuit isn't complete.

A svg is not a part, it's a view for a part.
Find a similar part, Edit it, load the svg into the view you want, then save it as a new part.

Custom PCB manufacturers for mouse?
Hi Steven. I think printed circuit board factory is not a problem . Prototyping first and have them assembled and test the samples. The mouse wouldn't be difficult. And I think the problem is the mouse shell. Making the mould would be expensive and maybe you can find in China. A friend of mine in Mexico also facing the similar situation.

LED marking on PCB view
Yeah it is quite normal and for the assembly you'd better design the silkscreen on the pcb boards to indicate.Why not just design in the silkscreen - close to the cathode (or + close to the anode). It would be clear enough.What do you think?

Preventing top-of-board soldering
Be honest why can not make the boards 2-sided? Yeah you can DIY the 1-side and it does not save anytime on the route thing. Just turn to 2-side. You can find many companies offering good price prototyping service for 2-side pcb.

Silk Screen Image that covers vias
wow. this is a question on the fabrication. You don't do the mirrors for the bottom silkscreen. The engineer in fabrication will handle it. And for the silkscreen covering the vias it is not a problem. Normally the factories will keep a safety distance for the silkscreen texts to the vias. So they would cut some parts of the silkscreen to achieve this.
And the same with the vias. If no soldermask openings design for the vias ,they will be covered(not plug with soldermask) with soldermask. I am a manufacturing engineer and hope it is helpful to you.
